Eligibility and Legal Framework

Registration Process with SECP

The foreign director must provide attested copies of their passport and recent photograph. Once processed, the SECP issues a certificate of incorporation, allowing the company to operate legally across Pakistan, including opening bank accounts and applying for NTN.
