Subsidiary Company with Foreign Director Registration with SECP
To register Pvt Limited as a subsidiary needs the parent company documents along with No Objection Certificate (NoC) via Board Resolution of foreign company, which allows to open company in Pakistan.
The required documents are as follow:
- Parent company Incorporation Certificate
- Memorandum of Association along with Article of Association
- Company profile
- Board Resolution (approval of subsidiary and nominate director)
- Directors Profile/CV
- Tax Certificate (optional)
- Director Passport and Photos
- Any other document intimated by SECP during process
NOTE: All documents are attested by Embassy of Pakistan, where the Parent company operates.
