These compliances are primarily for Public Listed Companies. All those companies that are listed in PSX need to get User registration of Pakistan Unified Corporate Action Reporting System (PUCARS).
The responsibility of Secretary to ensure proper compliances timely update data to PUCARS as according to timelines, for instant, to inform public about meeting, upload of financial results, and related information etc.
